C. E. O KINDAGROVENTURES SAID ON FOOD CONSUMPTION INCREASE IN WEST AFRICA

Mr Kingsley Ekwuruke (ASM) , C.E.O KINDAgroventures has estimated that food consumption in West Africa will be 95% greater than food production;

" in 2020, food consumption will be 95% greater then food production in West Africa. There will be Hunger because of increase in population , West Africa don't have Agribusiness ideas and manpower to feed the growing population. West must industrialize it Agribusiness sector and adopt new technology in farming, food processing and packaging and Agribusiness logistic/ market."

He said  food consumption increase is as a result of growing in population and pointed out that West Africa can't control it population to food production but more investment in Agribusiness sector will solve the problem
